Body panels and fleet accessories

Panels are quoted to order. Send the body dimensions and use (dry freight, heavy-duty doors or refrigerated) and the counter will recommend the panel and sizes.

- Which panel suits a refrigerated body?
- The XPS insulated composite panels, which have a closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam core between FRP skins, are listed for refrigerated van bodies, chiller boxes and temperature-controlled transport.
- Honeycomb or plywood-core panels?
- FRP honeycomb panels are chosen to save weight. FRP plywood panels have a solid plywood core, listed for heavy-duty doors where hinges, latches and keepers need maximum screw holding.
